Does CANNA have a secure payment environment?
Once to you start the checkout process, your payment transactions are carried out through secure, reputed and authorized payment gateway providers. The payments information will be encrypted via an SSL connection. You don't need special software to be able to pay with SSL. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the green lock in your browser. CANNA does not store your personal credit card information used during your payment transaction.
Where can I find my invoice?
View your invoices by going to 'My orders'. Click the order you want to see and print or copy the invoice of. You can download the invoice in your order overview. Did you just place an order? Wait until your order has been shipped. The invoice will be available afterwards. Don't have an online account? Don't worry. We'll always send the invoice via email in the attachment of your order confirmation.
How can I change my invoice?
Want to add a reference to your invoice? Or do you want to change your invoice address because you made a typo or because you live abroad? Contact our Customer Service. Your invoice can be changed 30 days after it was created. We'll send you a credit invoice so your current invoice will expire. You'll receive an updated invoice via email within 3 days.
Payment failed or declined
What if I paid using Mollie, but didn't receive an order confirmation yet?
Check whether the money was transferred. What if the money was transferred, but you didn't receive an order confirmation yet? It's best to wait for a little while. It can take up to one hour before we receive payments. Still didn't receive an order confirmation after one hour? Contact our customer service. We can help you out quickly by checking your transaction number. This will always be stated on the bank statement.
Was the money not transferred? In that case, the payment failed and you didn't lose any money. You can place your order again.
Why was my credit card payment declined?
Did your credit card payment get declined? Payments connected to a credit card are checked for fraud. Was your payment declined unjustly? Unfortunately, we can't tell you why. Of course we don't suspect you're committing fraud, but we have to keep our payment check methods a secret.
Your order is declined automatically and you won't be charged. Do you still want to receive your order? Order again and select choose Mollie.
Refunds
How can I receive my refund?
We'll refund you with the payment method you used. Did you pay with Mollie? We'll refund you that way. You'll receive a confirmation email once the money has been transferred,
Where can I see the status of my refund?
Unfortunately, you can't check the status of your refund, but we'll always pay within 3 days after the cancellation of your order or withing 3 days after processing your return shipment. Did the money still not appear on your account after 5 working days? Please get in touch with our Customer Service.
When do I receive my refund after returning my product?
As soon as we've processed your return, we'll refund you. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your bank account depends on the payment method. We'll always pay within 3 days after processing your return shipment. Did the money still not appear on your account after 5 working days? Please contact our Customer Service.
How can I cancel my order?
Oops! As long as the order hasn't left our warehouse, you can easily cancel it. Go to 'My orders' after you login online. You can only cancel if your order hasn't left the warehouse yet. Make sure you're quick.
Was your order already shipped? You can refuse it at the door or return it free of charge after receiving it. Register your return via the online return form.
When do I receive my refund after cancelling my product?
As soon as we've processed
your cancellation, we'll refund you. The time it takes for a refund
to appear on your bank account depends on you payment method.
