Who is CANNA?
CANNA is thé producer of nutrients and growing mediums for the cultivation of fast growing plants. Due to the increasing demand for our quality clothing, accessories and gadgets, we have started a merchandise webshop. If you wish to learn more about CANNA, please take a look at www.canna.com.
How can I pay for my purchase?
You can choose from various payment methods on the webshop of CANNA:.

How can I change my details on the invoice?
Please contact our customer service if you wish to change your details on the invoice. After the invoice has been created, it can be adjusted for 30 days. The adjusted invoice will be send to you within three working days by email.
What is the delivery time?
We are doing our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Our current time of delivery is five working days.
I haven’t received a confirmation of my order yet?
Please verify if your payment has been deducted from your bank account. If the payment was successful, please be patient. It can take up to one hour before you receive a confirmation. Still haven’t received a confirmation after one hour? Then please contact our customer service.
Is the payment not deducted from your bank account? Then the order was not successful. You can place the order again.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been processed, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer service. If the order has been processed, it is not possible to cancel anymore.
I have received a wrong or damaged item?
We are very sorry to hear that. We kindly request you to contact our customer service.
How do I return an item?
A return form is included with the order. Please fill out the return form and add it to the packaging of the item. Place the return sticker over the original sticker. Drop off the packaging at a post office and save the shipping receipt.
What are the conditions for returning an item?
You can return an item within 14 days. The item can not be used (unworn) and has to be in the original condition (including the matching labels).
Can I return my items free of charge?
No, we don’t offer free return shipping. Any risk regarding the return of the item will borne by the buyer
